I bring the skills I acquired in the classroom to the business world, specializing in helping entrepreneurs and business owners enhance their operations, streamline their processes and build their teams. Anyone who has been in a classroom before knows that processes and systems are the most important part of running a well-oiled machine in which everyone knows their job and responsibilities, as well as building trusting and meaningful relationships to set the groundwork for an optimal learning environment. Trust me! Otherwise those kids would eat you alive.
I realized very quickly that there is not much difference between running an efficient classroom and online business and that being an Online Business Manager is the perfect fit for me.
Born and raised in Germany, I went to college to become an elementary school teacher. After working in education for over a decade and being rated as a highly effective teacher year after year, I made the leap into the online business world in 2022.
Living in Louisiana since 2015 with my family, I love to spend time with my husband, two kids, and dog Lola. In my free time I love to recharge by taking walks, swimming, going on a bike ride with my family, having my nose stuck in a good book, and traveling to explore new places.
My Core Values

Honesty
Honesty is demonstrated by what we say and by what we do. It impacts our entire life; our jobs, our relationships, our own feelings about ourselves and the actions we take. It can move us forward and allow us to feel good about what we do.

Kindness
Kindness is being friendly, generous, and considerate to others and yourself. Being kind often requires courage and strength, as it involves the willingness to celebrate and give attention to someone else.

Integrity
At its core, integrity at work is about taking the initiative, negotiating your time honestly, and staying aligned with your personal and work values. That also means delivering on your commitments when you make them, and saying no when you can't take on anything new.
